* 1-3 reference photos of tattoos/artwork you like that inspired your tattoo idea

* 1-3 photos of Lindsey’s tattoo work that you like

* 1-3 photos of the body part you would like tattooed (it’s helpful to have someone else take these photos for you)

Please note that Lindsey does not book every inquiry that is submitted. Due to her limited availability for this time frame, she will only be accepting a small number of inquiries for new projects that she feels best fit her ability to tattoo and projects that she is most interested in.

INQUIRIES WILL BE RESPONDED TO VIA EMAIL TO MOVE FORWARD WITH BOOKING.

Lindsey tries her best to respond to every single inquiry she receives.

If you do not receive a response from Lindsey, it may be because…

• you didn’t provide the correct email address.

• the response went to your spam folder (to avoid this from happening, make sure to add Lindsey’s email - lindsandneedlestattoo@gmail.com - to your contacts to avoid this from happening)

• you did not properly fill out the inquiry form or provided very vague information which doesn’t give Lindsey enough to decide if she would like to work on your tattoo project request - she does need some guidance from you for this part.
